One of the oldest cities in the world, a visit is a must during your stay in Sharm el-Sheikh. A trip from Sharm el-Sheikh is an opportunity to immerse yourself in its ancient history, stroll through ancient streets, see holy sites of the three monotheistic religions, and soak up the spirit of this unique city.

The trip to Jerusalem begins in the evening from Sharm el-Sheikh . You’ll be picked up by bus for the short journey to the Israeli border. After completing the necessary paperwork and security procedures, you’ll be met by a guide in Israel who will take you to the most interesting corners of this holy city.

You’ll visit Bethlehem, site of the Nativity of Christ, and Bethany, where Lazarus was resurrected by Jesus. Then, the trip continues to Jerusalem, where you’ll visit the Eastern Wall, one of the main sites near the fortress. During the day, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Mount of Olives , the site where the covenant between Judas Iscariot and the Jewish High Priest was broken, where Jesus was crucified, as well as the legendary Pool of the Baths and the prison of Judas Iscariot .

There you will also visit the Western Wall, known as the Liberty Bell, the Jewish Quarter, and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. The wonderful experiences you will have while visiting Jerusalem will remain in your memory for a lifetime.

Includes/Excludes

Departure from the hotel to the city of Taba at approximately 20:00 (the exact time will be communicated after booking; the road to the border takes about 4 hours, depending on the location of the hotel and document checks by the tourist police at checkpoints along the road);
Crossing the border on foot (2 to 3.5 hours, depending on the queue). At the checkpoint, you'll be asked questions; answer them without arguing or sneering, then you're guaranteed a successful outcome);
On the Israeli side, our colleagues will meet you and place you on buses;
You leave in the direction of the Dead Sea (about 2 hours on the road), where you will have a stop for swimming or a technical stop (from the beginning of April until the end of October, tourists swim in the Dead Sea in the morning, in winter (from November to March) swimming is provided on the way back;
Head towards Jerusalem (about 1.5 hours). Upon entering, your first stop will be at the Mount of Olives, offering a picturesque panorama of Jerusalem: at the foot of the mountain is the old Jewish cemetery, and on the horizon is the entire Old City, with the ancient mosque towering over it;
Next, you head to the Western Wall, a strictly Jewish shrine that attracts tourists from all over the world. Everyone tries to leave a note there with their wish, which, according to local guides, will certainly come true.
The most attractive and desirable site of the tour remains the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, which you reach through the Arab Quarter, built on the site of the last stations of Jesus' journey on the Cross, the Via de la Rosa. Inside the church, you can touch the Stone of Anointing, anoint your pectoral cross, an icon you brought with you, oil, or water, thereby sanctifying them. You can also light bundles of 33 candles from the Holy Fire, descend into the burial chamber and touch the Tomb, explore the Church of Golgotha, walk the path of Christ after his resurrection, and visit the Edicule, where all Christian denominations hold services.
After visiting the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, you'll have lunch in Bethlehem and then visit the Church of the Nativity. This is the final stop on the tour. The Church of the Nativity was built over the cave where Jesus was born. A silver Star of Bethlehem was erected to commemorate this spot.
On the way back there are stops near shops and cafes (it is possible to have a snack);
The tour ends and you head to the border, passing through it fairly quickly and returning to the hotel around 1:00 am.
